MATERIALS:
size 4-5mm hook
4ply worsted weight size 4 yarn, example used 100g of acrylic
scissors, yarn needle, stitch marker
9mm safety eyes, safety nose
fiberfill or stuffing of choice
ABBREVIATIONS & TECHNIQUES:
magic circle
chain (ch)
single crochet (sc)
increase (inc)
decrease (dec)
slip stitch (sl st)
NOTES:
all pieces will be attached with a whip stitch
if you can not do a magic circle you can chain 2 and work the entire first round into the second chain from hook
all pieces are worked in continuous rounds meaning there is no slip stitch at the end of each round
move your stitch marker up at the end of each round
FEET:
round 1: sc 6 into magic circle (6)
round 2: inc into each st around (12)
round 3-5: sc around (12)
[on the first foot, fasten off] ♡ [on the second foot, do not fasten off]

BODY: continued from second foot
round 6: ch 12, sc around the first foot, sc across the ch 12, sc around the second foot, sc across the ch 12 again (48)
round 7-29: sc around (48)
round 30: [sc into next 6, dec] repeat around (42)
round 31-32: sc around (42)
round 33: [sc into next 5, dec] repeat around (36)
round 34: sc around (36)
[add safety eyes between rounds 32-33 with 12 sts between]
round 35: [sc into next 4, dec] repeat around (30)
round 36: sc around (30)
round 37: [sc into next 3, dec] repeat around (24)
round 38: sc around (24)
[add stuffing]
round 39: [sc into next 2, dec] repeat around (18)

[fasten off with a tail for attaching, pinch arms flat, attach to each side of the body on round 25 directly above the feet]

[fasten off with a tail for attaching, pinch ears flat, attach in a slight curve along body rounds 35-39 directly above the arms]

MUZZLE:
round 1: sc 4 into magic circle (4)
round 2: inc into each st around (8)
round 3: inc into each st around (16)
round 4: sc around (16)
[fasten off with a tail for attaching, add safety nose or embroidered nose into the center circle, attach muzzle between the eyes on rounds 28-35]
